Oversee school financial and operational functions including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, audits, grant and state reporting, procurement, vendor/contracts, staff training on PO system, HR benefit/payroll oversight, board and authorizer liaison, and supervise the bookkeeper.

Lead Grades 5-8 by implementing vision and improvement plans, managing school operations, supervising staff, using data-driven instruction, overseeing discipline and special education compliance, engaging families and community, and handling budgeting, recruitment, and school events to improve student outcomes.
