Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and guest-facing systems across hotels and restaurants. Build integrations, automations, and websites; manage identity, deployments, networking, and monitoring; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery. Produce documentation, simplify systems, and partner with leadership on long-term technology strategy.

Partner with operations and HR leadership to manage the employee lifecycle across multiple properties. Provide employee relations coaching, performance management, compliance with employment laws, HRIS recordkeeping, training and development, compensation support, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives. Travel regularly across New Mexico to support field operations and maintain confidentiality of HR information.

Create photo and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, stories) across hotels, restaurants, events and nightlife. Collaborate with brand teams, edit social-first content, capture guest and employee experiences, and travel between local properties for shoots to grow brand awareness and engagement.
