Provide clerical and bookkeeping support for the Treasurer's office: answer phones, assist the public, process payments and applications, scan and digitize documents, reconcile accounts, maintain records and supplies, prepare reports, and support office procedures.

Support the Treasurer by processing accounts payable and county credit card transactions, performing vendor maintenance, reconciliations, journal entries, and report generation. Assist with audits, month-/year-end close, vendor queries, scanning/digitizing invoices, cash handling, clerical public-facing tasks, and other assigned administrative duties.

Provide clerical and paraprofessional support to legal staff: prepare case files, subpoenas, pleadings, exhibits; schedule court appearances and attorney appointments; notify witnesses; maintain court calendar and filings; assist with documentation and act as backup to Legal Secretary.

Prosecute and defend criminal and civil matters, gather and review evidence, advise law enforcement and county officials, draft pleadings and legal opinions, conduct legal research, present cases at hearings/trials/appeals, and maintain working relationships with judiciary and law enforcement.
