Manage and grow a commercial lines book by building client relationships, handling renewals and endorsements, evaluating risk, placing coverage, coordinating with underwriters and producers, identifying cross-sell opportunities, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance and carrier guidelines.

Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts by handling renewals, policy changes, client inquiries, re-quoting and remarketing personal lines.
