Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits accounts including renewals, open enrollment, onboarding, carrier coordination, claims support, and client communications. Provide administrative support to Employee Benefits Account Management for small group clients: assist renewals, process enrollments and terminations, handle client inquiries, maintain records, prepare client materials, coordinate with carriers, and support compliance including ACA documentation.

Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts by servicing policies, supporting renewals and remarketing, coordinating with Producers and carriers, handling policy documentation and audits, addressing claims and client concerns, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate agency records to support retention and growth.

Prospect, engage, and build client relationships to sell and implement strategic employee benefits solutions using the BenefitsEdge platform. Conduct research, meetings, presentations, and tradeshows; create tailored Strategic Benefits Plans and ScoreCards; complete consultant-of-record changes; transition clients to account teams; maintain Salesforce records; support open enrollment, reviews, and conferences; uphold confidentiality and professional presence.
