Lead and manage frontend, mobile, and back-office application development teams. Own delivery from design through release, enforce SDLC and architecture standards, resolve production issues, mentor staff, and drive modernization across Java, Oracle, and Snowflake ecosystems.

Design and implement scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant Java web applications. Translate business needs into technical solutions, lead architecture discussions, mentor peers, apply DevOps/CI/CD and IaC, support cloud migration, ensure performance/security, and provide on-call support.

Process and reconcile enrollment and eligibility transactions for group and individual customers; resolve enrollment inquiries via phone/email; maintain accurate member/group records in administrative systems and CRM; follow HIPAA and company policies; collaborate with teams to address service issues and meet quality and turnaround standards.
