Provide administrative support to VP and Director of Sales: reporting, tradeshow leadership, sales contest tracking, new account setup backup, coordinate orders, quotes, travel and accommodations, reconcile billing, schedule events and meetings, support revenue cycle/finance tasks including medical records requests, billing authorizations, denial research, and vendor invoice processing.

Manage and grow provider accounts within an assigned Indiana region after onboarding. Support sales activities, drive retention and organic growth, coordinate operational and billing needs, conduct provider visits and presentations, update CRM and reports, and collaborate with sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure service excellence.
