Designs and develops elastomeric suspension components, managing projects through SPPD. Coordinates CAD/FEA/prototyping, validates prototypes, supports manufacturing readiness and APQP, improves product performance/cost, and presents solutions to customers while driving continuous improvement.

Advise plant leadership, foster a non-union participative culture, and develop succession and development programs.
