Perform daily treasury operations: bank and credit card reconciliations, create and reconcile wires, prepare and upload credit card journal entries, process deposits, charge cards via payment gateway, manage PCI-compliant documentation, support stores POS reporting, and provide backup for Treasury and Accounts Receivable.

Provide administrative and operational support to customer service, sales, and operations teams. Maintain customer records, coordinate and track support tickets, prepare reports and dashboards, manage documentation and onboarding, schedule meetings, monitor incoming requests, and assist process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

Deliver classroom and hands-on training for new hires, rehires, and operations leadership on WMS, RF scanners, safety, food safety, and power equipment. Manage attendance, records, remediation, recertification, safety audits, and productivity metrics while promoting company policies and GMPs in a production environment.
