Support property financial operations through daily bank reconciliations, AP/AR management, month-end close assistance, journal entries, audits support, inventory and revenue verification, and maintaining accurate financial records while communicating with vendors and department heads.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team, manage client files and CRM data, prepare contracts and reports, coordinate site visits and meetings, assist with sales reporting and marketing materials, and liaise with internal departments to ensure contract execution and excellent client service.
