Core work includes deal-level financial modeling, diligence, drafting investment memos, and collaborating across Private Investments. Support development, launch, and ongoing management of Wellington's 1940 Act fund range. Coordinate stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations, tax, and sales; track launch plans and governance; draft regulatory/disclosure documentation; identify process improvements; support fund changes and ad hoc platform-scaling projects while building subject-matter expertise in US Wealth fund structures and regulations.

Lead business analyst for a security analytics platform focused on instrument pricing, analytics, and performance attribution. Translate pricing and attribution methodologies into functional and technical requirements, improve data quality and model transparency, support production systems, coordinate testing with stakeholders and vendors, document specifications, and drive continuous improvement in analytics workflows and user experience.

Lead People Analytics and HR Operations to design and deliver analytics strategy, dashboards, and BI/AI solutions; modernize HR data pipelines and governance; optimize Workday processes; partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive workforce planning, data-driven decisions, and operational efficiency.
