Provide office and project support for the Fridley, MN office: manage daily admin tasks, assist project managers and field staff with documentation and reporting, maintain project records, support invoicing and basic AP/AR tracking, and keep organized filing and correspondence systems while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Support the Gwinnett County SPLOST Program Management team by tracking and distributing shop drawings and submittals, processing contractor payment applications, preparing bid and closeout documents, coordinating plan transmittals, maintaining project files, reviewing testing firm invoices, and assisting with federal/program compliance.

Lead Pacific Northwest infrastructure division responsible for P&L, growth, client relationships, staffing, project delivery, safety, and operations. Develop and execute strategic and financial plans, drive sales and account management, recruit and retain talent, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery across Washington and Oregon.

Manage GDOT transportation projects: apply project management tools, track progress and budgets, implement GDOT systems/policies, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce documentation. Use Microsoft Office platforms, perform occasional local travel, and work primarily on-site with limited hybrid flexibility.

Process and reconcile bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll; apply deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other pay variables; maintain payroll records and tax reporting (W-2s, 1099s); respond to employee payroll inquiries; ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policy.

Lead CEI construction management and QA/QC for transportation projects, manage teams and resources, coordinate with TxDOT and stakeholders, approve change orders and invoices, prepare proposals and technical reports, mentor staff, and ensure project compliance and successful delivery.
