Drives branch sales and production goals by assisting members with accounts, loans, and financial solutions. Identifies cross-sell opportunities, conducts outbound calls, reviews documentation for quality, maintains regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and supports the Member Care Center during high call volume. Builds positive member and internal relationships while contributing to credit union operations and culture.

Manages the Credit Resolution Department, including collections, recoveries, delinquency performance, charge-offs, loss mitigation, compliance, reporting, vendors, and staff leadership. Oversees consumer, mortgage, credit card, and business loan recovery activities; monitors risk and portfolio trends; coordinates audits and regulatory responses; manages collection-related vendors; and leads process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational controls.

Provides financial products and services to credit union members, meets sales and production goals, supports account and loan needs, conducts outbound member calls, recommends alternative solutions, and identifies cross-selling opportunities.
