Build Phase 3 proposal and manage cross-functional execution to drive premium pricing, retention, and trade-up conversions.

Own the commercial ammunition product line: P&L responsibility, SKU and pricing strategy, ammo subscription/replenishment model, eCommerce catalog and channel mix. Coordinate commercial requirements with Operations, design GTM plans, conduct market analysis, manage tariff/cost pass-through strategy, and build training materials for dealers and internal teams to drive recurring revenue and CARE subscriber engagement.
