Provide part-time executive support to campus pastors by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, drafting communications, tracking projects and budgets, reconciling expenses, maintaining files, supporting campus communications and volunteer processes, and ensuring smooth campus operations for staff, volunteers, and congregants.

Lead end-to-end video production for services, campaigns, and digital platforms: concepting, directing, shooting, and heavy post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics). Manage studio, equipment, crews, schedules, and collaborate across teams to deliver cinematic, mission-driven films that engage church and faith-exploring audiences.

Lead and develop a volunteer technical arts team and manage all production (audio, lighting, video) for weekend services and special events. Recruit, train, and coach volunteers, maintain and troubleshoot production systems, collaborate with pastors and worship leaders, and ensure consistent, distraction-free worship experiences.
