Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney manages assigned cases from intake through litigation, including client communication, case planning, legal research, correspondence, appeals, hearings, and legal arguments. The attorney coordinates with claim and litigation specialists, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties; monitors deadlines and documentation; and advocates for clients. The role requires Nevada bar admission, strong legal writing and communication skills, case-management proficiency, and attention to detail.

Manages personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including client communication, case documentation, deadline and statute-of-limitations monitoring, demand review, negotiation, disbursal approval, release review, and litigation coordination. The attorney also analyzes medical records and future-care needs, oversees claim specialists, participates in meetings, and maintains accurate case management system records.

Leads firm-wide IT strategy, governance, budgeting, vendor management, security, business continuity, and project delivery. Supervises IT, data analytics, and software development teams; oversees Power BI and Snowflake initiatives, internal applications, technology vendors, and Azure DevOps projects. Advises executive leadership on technology risks, AI, automation, architecture, and spend while developing managers and ensuring reliable support for legal operations.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, clients, and callers. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, greeting guests, processing outgoing mail, clearing case management and email feeds, supporting the intake team, maintaining a welcoming lobby, handling documents, and stocking refreshments. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, confidentiality, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with bilingual English-Spanish skills.
