Administers Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration, application deployment, patching, compliance, and troubleshooting. Supports company-owned and BYOD mobile devices, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, backups, directory services, and server-based applications. Monitors performance, assists with security and business continuity procedures, resolves escalated workstation issues, coordinates with vendors, and provides infrastructure support across the bank.

Supports bank accounting and finance functions through general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close activities, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, regulatory reporting, audit documentation, and reporting support. Uses Excel for financial models, reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and banking regulations. Collaborates with business units and assists with FFIEC Call Report preparation.
