Provide administrative and data support for the Career Pathways program: maintain participant records, enter data for grant and outcome reporting, coordinate schedules and events, track attendance and outcomes, prepare reports, and improve systems and workflows to support program operations.

Coordinate and administer internal campus and external fundraising events: scheduling, vendor coordination, staff communication, donor engagement, and support Development Team projects.

Provide accounting support for a large nonprofit: process transactions in QuickBooks/QBO, create/manage journal entries and GL reporting, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support audits and property/corporate taxes, update accounting structures, review and create processes, and handle large Excel spreadsheets to ensure compliance with policies and government regulations.
