Serve as the first point of contact for patients: check in/out, manage multi-line phones and scheduling, verify ID/insurance, collect payments, maintain accurate records and a tidy reception area, and support daily front desk operations.

Lead the accounting function, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, drive cash-to-accrual conversion, strengthen controls and reporting, oversee complex multi-entity accounting, support audits, and build a scalable team and infrastructure.
