Outbound-focused sales role responsible for cold calling and emailing to generate leads, service and upsell accounts, identify client needs, customize product solutions, and meet quota/KPI targets. Coach sales managers and reps, implement NPS and career path programs, and drive sales processes from planning to close.

Sell enterprise contractor compliance and workforce readiness solutions to large contractors and hiring clients. Build executive relationships, lead discovery and solution discussions, coordinate cross-functionally, manage complex accounts and pipelines, forecast activity, and represent the company at industry events.
