Own daily operations and growth of the customer rewards program: manage program rules and rewards, execute targeted retention campaigns and lifecycle communications, analyze retention and redemption KPIs, collaborate with Tech/Product/Support to improve UX, and manage external loyalty vendors.

Manage daily warehouse operations including supervising staff, scheduling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure safety, feed-quality compliance, inventory accuracy, record-keeping, reporting, training, and continuous operational efficiency.

Handle customer petroleum orders and inquiries via phone and email, process payments and order changes, log transactions and complaints, coordinate with colleagues, and ensure professional, calm, and accurate customer support using computer systems.
