Provide on-site LAN/WAN operational support for DoD medical campus network: troubleshoot routing and switching, maintain routers/switches, firewalls and VPNs, perform hardware/software upgrades, and resolve network issues across OSI layers using diagnostic tools.

Maintain and patch infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, support users, document systems, and provide after-hours support as needed. Work adheres to security protocols and may include limited telework based on customer needs.

Maintain and support LAN/WAN and telecommunications systems for Buckley AFB. Install, configure, troubleshoot network hardware/software, recommend purchases, and design network infrastructure with minimal supervision.
