Supports account teams and assigned clients by managing operational deliverables, reporting, access requests, benefit setup, billing and rebate research, issue resolution, and service improvements. Collaborates with internal departments to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty, monitors service trends, and attends open enrollment events. Requires pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management experience and approximately 10% travel for client visits.
