Design and review instrumentation systems for chemical industry projects across Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detail Design. Lead instrumentation scope with service providers, prepare drawings/specs, apply industry codes, perform quality checks, manage deliverables/schedules, and support process improvements using engineering software tools.

Lead project cost control and scheduling for heavy industrial projects: produce budgets, forecasts, and funding reports; develop WBS/CBS and integrate cost with schedules using MS Project/Primavera and SAP; support PMs during bidding and change management; perform cost forecasting for AOP; coordinate with Finance, Maintenance, contractors, and central controls teams to improve cost predictability and reporting.

Support process design tasks under supervision including conceptual layouts, preliminary and detailed calculations, vendor drawing reviews, drafting support, field data collection, and construction support while applying process safety and department standards.

Lead and supervise process engineering teams to deliver process design deliverables on time and within budget. Develop design criteria, estimates, schedules, and detailed calculations; produce drawings, specifications, vendor reviews, and bid packages. Apply process safety, CAD and simulation tools, mentor junior engineers, support proposals and client presentations, and provide project controls for capital projects.

Perform full mechanical and piping design tasks under general supervision, producing piping drawings from P&IDs and vendor data, performing field design and site startup support, preparing material take-offs, and coordinating schedule and deliverables with project teams.

Design electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects, producing installation details, motor control schematics, cable schedules, panel and room layouts, grounding, lighting/power and instrumentation plans. Ensure code compliance, size conductors/conduit, perform calculations, route trays, support startup onsite, and follow company CAD/design standards under general supervision.
