Support and maintain servers, workstations, network and hyperconverged infrastructure (Nutanix), backups, and Microsoft 365 services. Manage user accounts, monitor performance, ensure security through patching/backups/firewalls, troubleshoot issues, prepare documentation, assist on IT projects, provide on-call support including nights/weekends, and travel to remote sites as needed.

Manage and grow hospitality accounts by selling furnishings to architects, designers, procurement firms, and hotel groups. Conduct daily outreach via phone and email, provide product recommendations, maintain Salesforce records, resolve customer issues, collaborate with field and support teams, and attend up to two trade shows annually.
