Provides strategic leadership for InterVarsity’s Diversity function, developing organization-wide diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies. Leads the Diversity team, oversees ERGs, conflict resolution, consulting, measurement, reporting, change management, and cross-functional partnerships. Advises senior leadership, supports talent and engagement priorities, supervises staff, and contributes to fundraising. Requires strong ministry leadership, theological maturity, cross-cultural competence, analytical ability, and influence within a matrixed organization.

Provides administrative support through schedule and calendar management, file maintenance, meeting logistics, expense and credit card reporting, correspondence, call and email routing, hospitality, and team coordination. The role requires confidentiality, organization, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office proficiency. It also includes fundraising a mutually agreed portion of salary through personal donor support.

Manages national marketing projects and campaigns from planning through delivery, coordinating tasks, meetings, budgets, documentation, vendors, and cross-department workflows. Tracks campaign metrics, prepares reports, maintains stakeholder relationships, organizes files, processes vendor contracts and payments, and supports marketing systems and process improvement. The role also requires periodic travel, independent work, software proficiency, and personal fundraising and ministry support development.

Coordinates alumni experience initiatives, events, communications, and engagement touchpoints. Maintains project plans, dashboards, databases, records, and alumni lists; prepares reports, briefings, evaluations, and materials; supports cross-team collaboration and workflow improvements; and provides on-site event support as needed. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, project coordination, and alignment with InterVarsity’s faith and ministry standards.

Supports InterVarsity’s Creative Labs by designing visual communication materials, developing templates, producing print and digital assets, researching visual concepts, presenting drafts, incorporating feedback, and delivering final files. The intern also maintains design archives, participates in brainstorming and team meetings, provides peer feedback, and develops design skills through training. The role requires Christian commitment, collaboration, organization, initiative, and availability for approximately 10 hours weekly.

Coordinate recruitment, training, pastoral care, and supervision for InterVarsity Link field staff serving in Africa. Build partnerships with IFES leaders, manage administrative and financial support, organize orientations and ministry events, raise full salary through partner development, and represent InterVarsity in regional conferences and trainings.

Provide strategic, systems-level HR leadership to design and execute people strategy, strengthen HR operations, lead compensation, ensure legal compliance, build and develop HR staff, partner with senior leaders, drive change management, use people data for decisions, and support ministry fund development and travel as required.

Lead and produce video projects from concept through post-production for a faith-based organization. Manage creative development, interviewing, scripting, shooting, editing, animation, and event technical support. Coordinate with teams, manage projects and people, steward budgets and equipment, raise personal support, and participate in ministry events and travel (2–3x/year).
