Lead all accounting and financial reporting for the casino, oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, month/quarter/year-end close, audits, and finance staff. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, enforce policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely, accurate financial results.

Manage daily HR operations including benefits, employee relations, unemployment and workers' compensation claims. Support recruitment, job descriptions, compensation policy development, 401(k) submissions, recordkeeping, and compliance with federal, state and tribal employment laws. Advise HR Director, mediate employee issues, participate in projects, and provide backup in the director's absence.

Manage daily HR functions including bi-weekly payroll, HRIS/UKG administration, new hire orientation, personnel recordkeeping, recruitment support, employee relations referrals, attendance/audit follow-up, 401(k) submissions, and policy/process improvements while backing up the HR Manager.

Provide front-line HR administrative support: greet visitors, answer phones, maintain employee records, assist with applicant tracking, onboarding, HR database updates, filing, mail, access control, and routine HR correspondence while ensuring confidentiality and supporting HR staff.

Manage day-to-day IT operations, supervise IT staff, maintain and upgrade servers, networks, and security. Develop maintenance and growth plans, enforce policies, oversee disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and ensure continuity of computer services across the organization.

Oversee HR and payroll functions: develop and implement personnel policies, ensure federal/state/Tribal compliance, manage employee relations, compensation and benefits, supervise HR staff, administer 401(k), maintain HR records, develop departmental budget, and support managers with onboarding, training, and personnel issues.
