Lead institutional portfolio operations and B2B client service for advisor firms: oversee trade processing, reconciliation, custodian workflows; manage a small operations team; drive CRM/portfolio accounting/workflow platform adoption; partner with Compliance; resolve escalations and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and client experience.
