Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support and escalation for Shellback wet-process capital equipment. Troubleshoot electromechanical, fluid, control, and subsystem issues; lead root-cause analysis; train and support Field Service Engineers; create and improve technical documentation; drive cross-functional corrective actions and product reliability improvements; support deployments, upgrades, and customer escalations.

Create and maintain product manuals, manufacturing instructions, visual aids, training checklists, and maintenance procedures for semiconductor equipment. Capture technical details from engineers and production staff (notes, photos, recordings), produce clear process documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to verify accuracy and usability.
