Leads procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, inventory management, and supply chain initiatives. Manages sourcing and buying teams, develops KPIs and operating standards, drives material cost improvements, resolves delivery and material-flow issues, and coaches team members. Partners cross-functionally to meet delivery and financial objectives while ensuring effective planning, inventory turns, supplier development, and compliance with government contracting and import/export requirements.

Lead general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, tax compliance, and treasury operations. Prepare financial statements, manage cash forecasting, coordinate external auditors and tax advisors, support manufacturing operations, and improve internal controls and financial reporting.
