Performs general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account and subledger reconciliations, month-end close, financial analysis, grant and restricted-fund accounting, audit support, compliance reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate financial records under GAAP and supports internal controls and process improvements. Requires collaboration with finance and program teams, careful documentation, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting duties.

Provides clerical and administrative support for a behavioral health or hospital program. Duties include managing communications, documents, schedules, files, records, data systems, reports, committee minutes, employee certifications, and patient-related information. The role requires confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, accurate data entry, strong organization, multitasking, and coordination with management and departments.
