Manage mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts ($35k+), handling policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates, claims support, and client communications. Work with Risk Advisors and underwriters on quotes and proposals, use Applied Epic and MS Office for documentation, support team members, ensure compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Provide administrative and client-service support for an insurance brokerage: manage policy documents, issue certificates, update agency management systems, assist account renewals and M&A integration tasks, produce correspondence, follow workflows, ensure compliance and quality, participate in training, and use MS Office and AI tools to improve efficiency.
