Serve as a point of contact for account queries, support U.S. Cashiering and Treasury tasks, and contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements while enforcing policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide general administrative support to the Underwriting team including policy issuance and corrections, user support for online platform, mailbox management, UAT assistance, ticketing, basic accounting liaison, reporting, filing, scheduling, and maintaining client folders with accurate data entry.

Manage the accounts payable function and team, oversee invoice processing and vendor payments, enforce financial controls, prepare reconciliations and reports, lead process improvements, and ensure compliance and documentation including annual 1099 issuance.

Lead evaluation and strengthening of financial controls and risk management for Howden Re US Finance. Prepare documentation, perform end-to-end control testing, remediate gaps, monitor key risk indicators, support SOX/COSO compliance, and assist with year-end external audits while advising stakeholders and driving process improvements.
