Support new business acquisition for marine commercial insurance: liaise with Account Executives, market terms, ensure premium collection, manage client queries, record data in Acturis, produce documentation, and cross-sell other products.

Provide administrative support to the underwriting team, act as first point of contact for clients, prequalify risks, prepare electronic files and correspondence, issue policies, endorsements, binders and invoices within authority, follow up on subjectivities, and research escalated issues to support renewals and new business.

Lead product strategy and delivery for personal lines underwriting and rating platforms. Define roadmap, elicit and document requirements, prioritize backlog, support Agile/SAFe delivery, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, validate solutions via UAT, and drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.

Identify and convert new marine insurance business by building relationships with brokers, yacht owners and trade professionals. Deliver tailored commercial insurance solutions, collaborate with underwriting and servicing teams for onboarding and retention, maintain sales pipeline records, represent the firm at industry events, and monitor market, regulatory and sanctions developments to advise clients and expand market presence.
