Drafts, develops, interprets, and maintains complex reinsurance contracts and related agreements. Partners with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to ensure contract language reflects negotiated intent, provides technical guidance on reinsurance concepts, supports proposals and sales presentations, and performs quality assurance reviews. Maintains industry knowledge, resolves documentation issues, builds professional relationships, and promotes best practices.
