Support daily operations for a 24-sport NCAA Division III athletics department with emphasis on game operations (including Men's and Women's Rugby), sports medicine operational support, event logistics, equipment and uniform handling, and administrative tasks such as admissions, fundraising, inventory, and mailroom duties. Assist with contest setup/execution, trainer coordination, travel reconciliation, and hosting conference/championship events while collaborating with coaches and certified athletic trainers.

Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, ads, webpages, multimedia), create original graphics and photography, manage the college's digital asset library, coordinate with vendors and campus partners, ensure brand consistency, and maintain project archives and schedules.
