Lead and manage human resources functions for ~200 employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws, administering benefits, overseeing HRIS, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, workers' compensation, and staff development. Provide policy development, vendor management, investigations, and event coordination while mentoring HR team members.

Support alumni engagement, fundraising campaigns, events, communications, and stewardship. Coordinate Student Alumni Society, assist with CRM (Slate) data, contribute to Nichols College Magazine, collaborate with athletics and student groups, and perform event logistics and outreach. Requires regular office hours and occasional evening/weekend availability; includes 50% tuition remission.

Provide advising and registrar support: manage accommodation files, oversee proctored testing, assist transfer students with registration, track reporting data, contact inactive students, support digitization and record-retention projects, and maintain confidential communications with faculty and students.
