Provide high-quality customer service and complete ticket and subscription sales via Tessitura by phone, mail, and in person. Handle patron inquiries, follow-up and courtesy calls, resolve complaints, perform data entry and proofing, and support Box Office managers during variable hours including evenings and weekends.

Support events and collaborate across Development, Marketing, IT, and Patron Services.
