Design and engineer medium to large power transformers per customer specs and IEEE/ANSI/IEC standards. Perform electrical calculations (losses, impedance, short-circuit, thermal, insulation), support tendering and order execution, interface with manufacturing/testing/QA/supply chain, provide factory testing and customer support, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Design structural components for switchgear and related assemblies using AutoCAD/3D CAD, ensure compliance with standards (ANSI/IEEE/NEC), collaborate with electrical engineers, produce manufacturing drawings, and provide shop-floor technical support.

Design and engineer mechanical components for medium and large power transformers; perform structural, vibration, lifting, and transport calculations; ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements; support manufacturing, testing, and mechanical non-conformity resolution; collaborate with electrical engineers and drive design cost and manufacturability improvements.
