Provide recruitment and HR support including screening applicants, processing HRIS actions, onboarding, records retention, background and credential verifications, employee orientation and training, payroll/report audits, and HR compliance. Role may be filled at entry (Generalist I) or requires one year related experience (Generalist II).

Lead Title IX and civil rights compliance efforts: manage investigations and grievance responses, maintain policies and records, provide training and outreach, assess risks and campus climate, supervise compliance staff, and implement corrective action plans.
