Coordinates the operational and financial management of a commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include compiling property reports, supporting budgets and variance analysis, tracking leasing activity and key dates, coordinating with property managers and internal teams, monitoring capital projects and vendors, maintaining portfolio records, and improving reporting workflows. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-through skills, plus familiarity with commercial real estate, lease terms, financial statements, and property management systems.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions for multiple properties and entities, including invoice verification, three-way matching, coding, reconciliations, vendor inquiries, payment batches, reimbursements, and AP reporting. Maintains vendor records and documentation, prevents inaccurate or duplicate payments, ensures timely vendor payments, and provides clerical accounting support.

Oversee a multi-state commercial property portfolio to maximize asset value, revenue, and ROI. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost control, capital expenditure decisions, property operations, vendor performance, regulatory compliance, and reporting. Develop asset strategies, monitor performance, identify revenue opportunities, and present recommendations to ownership and executives. Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams while conducting frequent site visits across the portfolio.
