Serves as the primary customer contact, manages orders, quotes, proposals, documents, and client communications. Coordinates with sales and internal teams to fulfill customer needs, processes vendor and lease paperwork, identifies upsell opportunities, promotes products, and meets activity and sales KPIs through calls, emails, meetings, and consultations.
