The role requires deep SMT and through-hole assembly expertise, IPC-A-610 and ESD knowledge, work-instruction authorship, and experience transitioning hardware from prototype to production.

Own and build warehouse operations for a specialty distribution business, including inbound receiving, sorting, grading, inventory entry, storage, cycle counting, wholesale fulfillment, and e-commerce shipping. Develop SOPs, implement a warehouse management system, redesign workflows and warehouse layout, establish operating KPIs, and lead the transition to high-mix individual-unit fulfillment. Manage and develop the warehouse team, initially working hands-on and growing the department to approximately 20–25 employees.
