Support development and execution of education initiatives including research, community engagement, policy analysis, grant monitoring, and investment processes. Staff Impact Council volunteers, maintain community partnerships, manage agency campaigns, and oversee EDEN Place and Future Bound Miami programs. Attend community events, prepare reports and promotional materials, and provide technical assistance for program implementation and evaluation.

Lead and manage the communications team to develop and execute strategic corporate and executive communications, media relations, social media, crisis communications, storytelling, and thought leadership. Lead major gift fundraising by managing a portfolio of donors ($10,000+), developing individualized cultivation/solicitation/stewardship plans, conducting donor meetings and site visits, documenting activity in CRM, identifying and qualifying new prospects, designing outreach strategies, collaborating with internal teams to align funding and storytelling, and shaping major gifts strategy to meet annual revenue goals.
