Book discovery and demo meetings, maintain CRM hygiene, surface territory insights, and partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities. Own Peregrine’s end-to-end procurement function: source vendors, negotiate contracts, manage renewals, track spend, coordinate security/privacy reviews, build intake/PO workflows, and partner cross-functionally to drive savings and process.

Drive federal law enforcement sales by managing full sales lifecycle, navigating federal procurement, building executive relationships, creating account plans and playbooks, and coordinating deployments with product and security teams to scale Peregrine's AI-enabled platform across agencies.

Build and ship user-facing features across Peregrine's platform (search, maps, dashboards, dossiers, collaboration). Work full-stack with design and product to deliver fast, reliable, AI-assisted experiences, focusing on latency, interaction design, trust, and scalability. Collaborate with deployment and users to iterate and own major product features end-to-end.

Lead statewide expansion by building relationships with Texas state and local leaders, mapping agency priorities to Peregrine products, converting policy/funding/procurement opportunities into deployments and revenue, managing external partners, and coordinating cross-functional teams to accelerate contracting and adoption.

Build production-grade, generative AI features enabling natural-language interactions and AI agents. Work on scaling ingestion, real-time querying/notification, and fast search across terabytes of data. Collaborate with deployment teams and users to iterate on safe, impactful AI-driven user experiences.

Build and optimize Peregrine's mission-critical platform: design and ship large features, re-architect systems (e.g., Elasticsearch), improve performance, and collaborate with deployment and product teams to deliver reliable, production-grade infrastructure and capabilities.

Design and build core access control and data governance systems across a multi-tenant platform. Implement fine-grained permissions, auditability, policy enforcement, metadata management, and compliance features. Collaborate with product managers, own large components end-to-end, and mentor engineers while balancing security and usability.

Own and build the end-to-end data layer: design high-throughput real-time ingestion, architect petabyte-scale open table formats, implement and optimize Spark-based batch/stream pipelines, enable Kafka/Flink integrations, ensure performance/reliability/cost efficiency, define data contracts and schemas, and establish infrastructure best practices on AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes, and Airflow.

Lead and mentor engineering teams to design, build, and ship scalable, production-grade software. Own major features, drive technical decisions, collaborate with product and design, and ensure reliable distributed systems supporting real-time collaboration, high-scale data ingestion, and ML-powered features.
