Greet and check in patients, verify insurance/ID, manage phone and appointment scheduling, maintain provider schedules, use Infinitt and Microsoft Office for tracking, scan and file HIPAA-compliant records, keep waiting area welcoming, and provide basic patient education. Occasional travel between sites.

Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, primary care, and concierge practices to drive referrals to women's imaging clinics. Conduct daily field visits, deliver provider education, resolve scheduling/communication issues, log activity in CRM, track referral data, and coordinate local events to grow referral pipelines.
