Support design and development of aircraft primary structures using Siemens NX and FEA tools. Assist with structural analyses, test planning, manufacturing support, composite design, and participate in design reviews and team discussions.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded flight software for a safety-critical regional hybrid-electric aircraft. Implement control functions on microcontrollers and RTOS, build tests and CI/CD, support simulation and verification activities, document designs and collaborate with systems, hardware, flight sciences, and quality teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Improve systems and processes, prepare briefing materials, and support special projects, offsites, and external engagement (investors, media). Requires high responsiveness, discretion, and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead design, integration, testing, and certification of hybrid propulsion power electronics (inverters, motors, HV cables, batteries). Own design, fabrication, commissioning, system-level tests, supplier collaboration, topology trade studies, and digital-twin modeling for a certifiable Electric Propulsion Unit.

Support structural analysis and development of composite and metallic aircraft components using classical methods and FEA (Nastran, Abaqus, ANSYS). Build and modify FEA models, perform static/dynamic/fatigue analyses, validate with hand calculations and testing, collaborate on sizing and weight optimization, investigate structural issues, and document results.

Design and own PCBA lifecycle for flight-critical mixed-signal and power-conversion systems, perform SI/PI and EMC/thermal analyses to meet aerospace standards, lead bring-up and validation, write test scripts, coordinate with software and mechanical teams, and drive process improvements.

Lead design, integration, testing, and certification of turbomachinery and hybrid powertrain components for a regional hybrid-electric aircraft. Own design, fabrication, and system-level testing (engine and propeller test stands), collaborate with suppliers, and model the gas turbine in a high-fidelity digital twin to optimize mission performance.

Design, implement, test, and maintain safety-critical embedded flight software. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build controllers, simulation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and test infrastructures. Mentor junior engineers and apply functional safety processes to support aircraft certification and deployment.

Lead mechanical and electrical integration of propulsion, battery, avionics, and structural subsystems. Define interfaces, build sequences, and assembly processes. Provide hands-on build-floor support, troubleshoot integration issues, create work instructions, and drive design-for-manufacture improvements from prototype through production to meet quality and certification requirements.
