Support legal operations and corporate governance by managing client and vendor contract workflows, corporate records, NDAs, state compliance filings, and fund due diligence. Draft contracts and amendments, coordinate vendor due diligence, assist with board materials and member unit transactions, perform legal research, and collaborate across Legal, Marketing, Technology, and business teams on compliance and client-ready materials.
