Lead complex federal logistics and operational programs, managing cost, schedule, quality, risks, contractual compliance, and performance. Direct multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts while serving as the primary government stakeholder interface. Oversee program execution from transition through closure, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, deliver accurate contract requirements, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Leads the ELMS contract supporting USSOCOM Headquarters, with responsibility for contract performance, logistics operations, workforce management, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, risk mitigation, customer engagement, and executive reporting. Oversees inventory and property accountability, systems management, transitions, process improvements, subcontractors, and compliance with Department of Defense requirements. Serves as the primary liaison to USSOCOM leadership and manages a cleared, geographically dispersed logistics workforce.

Manage supply operations, inventory control, equipment tracking, requisitioning, stockage replenishment, records, issue and disposal activities. Prepare inventory reports, reconcile custody records, administer allocated funds, conduct technical research, operate data-entry and scanning systems, and resolve logistical or supply administration problems. The role requires compliance with the Statement of Work, an active DoD Secret clearance, and up to 25% travel.

Provides senior-level medical logistics planning and analysis for Army medical readiness, including inventory, distribution, supply chain, contingency operations, APS, UDP, MMRP, and FMS programs. Leads logistics personnel, develops sustainment strategies, assesses risks, prepares readiness reports and executive briefings, improves procedures, and ensures compliance with DoD and Army requirements. Supports Medical Logistics Support Team missions, audits, inspections, and government stakeholder coordination.

Provides medical logistics and analytical support for Army medical readiness and force projection operations. Analyzes logistics plans, inventory, distribution, storage, transportation, and supply chain risks. Manages Class VIII medical materiel accountability, stock positioning, reconciliation, and distribution coordination. Supports deployments, exercises, contingency missions, readiness programs, reporting, process improvement, and compliance with Army and DoD policies. Coordinates with Government personnel and stakeholders while preparing reports, briefings, correspondence, and logistics documentation.

Provides administrative, clerical, data management, reporting, correspondence, records, scheduling, and operational support for Army Medical Logistics Command programs. Maintains files and databases, tracks taskers and deliverables, prepares official documents and management reports, supports logistics and readiness activities, and assists with special projects and process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office proficiency in a mission-focused environment.

Provides advanced data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, data validation, and information management support for Army medical logistics readiness programs. Analyzes inventory, supply chain, performance, and operational data; creates executive reports and visualizations; troubleshoots information systems; supports data integration, testing, process improvement, SOP development, and strategic decision-making for AMLC leadership.

Provides medical logistics and analytical support to Army Medical Logistics Command operations. Responsibilities include logistics planning, inventory and Class VIII medical materiel management, distribution coordination, readiness assessments, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, compliance, and mission support for exercises, deployments, and contingency operations. The role coordinates with Government personnel and stakeholders and supports programs including APS, UDP, MMRP, FMS, and MLST missions.

Provides federal procurement and acquisition support for Army medical logistics missions. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, conducting market research, identifying sourcing solutions, preparing acquisition documentation, developing procurement reports and dashboards, analyzing spending and delivery trends, coordinating with logistics and contracting stakeholders, ensuring FAR, DFARS, DoD, and Army policy compliance, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements.
