Lead and manage Urban Doves Career Readiness programs, supervise up to ten staff, develop curriculum, coordinate internships, oversee after-school and summer camp operations, track workforce data, run outreach/retention, manage events and compliance, mentor students, and liaise with schools and internship partners.

Entry-level apprenticeship rotating through Operations, Youth Development, Curriculum & Instruction, College & Career Readiness, and the Charter Management Office. Responsibilities include clerical and front-desk tasks, student support, classroom assistance, event coordination, inventory and vehicle checks, outreach, and administrative support across departments to develop skills and identify career pathways within the organization.

Support Urban Dove's fundraising and communications by creating and publishing content, managing social media and website, capturing photo/video, supporting events and grant development, tracking metrics and data for reporting, and maintaining brand consistency across materials and channels.
