Manages property-level HR operations for a hotel, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, workers’ compensation, training, and employee engagement. Oversees compliance training completion, Paylocity modules, reporting dashboards, wage and hour compliance, workplace concerns, recognition programs, and culture initiatives. Partners with corporate HR and hotel leadership to implement policies, resolve complex issues, and maintain employment-law compliance.

Represents the property at trade shows and industry events and may work weekends, holidays, and travel occasionally.

Manage the hotel's full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable and payable, cash controls, service charge and tip accounting, audits, tax support, budgeting, and compliance. The role independently supports on-property accounting operations while coordinating with the corporate accounting team and hotel leadership.

Own assigned hotel market segments by prospecting for new business, managing client relationships, building sales pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals.
